BFC was founded in 2003. Its head office is in Zurich, Switzerland. BFC employs 65 permanent full time staff in branch offices located in Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Tajikistan. BFC believes that success in microfinance is built upon sound management,professional staff,and efficient systems. When these conditions are met funding will flow,allowing both the institutions and their clients to flourish. BFC assists microfinance service providers meet the needs of their clients while managing their growth well.
